Important Business Update

Effective immediately, we will return to curbside only service due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in our community. With this recent spike, some of our staff members have been either exposed or potentially exposed and we are currently operating with limited staff. Because there is no way we can know if or when a staff member will find out about exposure or become ill, we have been and will continue to reschedule appointments that we are unable to see due to limited staffing. While we understand that this can be very frustrating, we ask for your patience and understanding while we navigate these uncertain times.

Employee, client, and patient safety and health are our top priorities. We are following CDC guidelines and maintaining the highest possible levels of sanitation and cleanliness, as well as maintaining social distancing as much as possible. Our employees continue to wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

All appointments will be curbside for time being with the exception of euthanasia appointments. We will continue to offer all services: wellness appointments, sick appointments, consultations, technician appointments, drop-off services, surgical appointments, house call appointments, transport services, boarding, and grooming.
